Ghanshyam Lal Bang is a businessman who hails from Rajasthan. He was born in 1946 at a small village in Nagore district called Ren. He completed his primary education up to 8th class in Ren and higher education up to 12th in Deedwana, Rajasthan.

In 1964, he had gone to Kolkata to pursue his graduation. In 1967 he had completed his B.COM and in this meantime, he had done the part-time job to meet his expenses. Then he got married on 28th June at Pipar City, Rajasthan. He had worked for another 2 years in Usha Telehouse Limited in Kolkata before getting transferred to Delhi in 1969.

In 1970 he had left this job and had joined Pratap Steel. In 1974, he was transferred to the Hyderabad unit. He had worked there for 5 years as a purchase manager,  sales manager, and branch manager.

From 1979 onwards he started his own commissioned business in iron and steel. In 1980, he got associated with P.C Singhal and had done iron and steel business along with the real estate business.

In 1991, he took a major decision of his life to start his own family business "R.R. Associates" along with his two sons Rakesh and Rajesh Bang.

Its been 29 years already and he along with his two sons have taken the company to great heights. We deal in Welding Electrodes, Welding Accessories, Safety Equipment and other industrial items.
